I like starting with why — what a business is actually trying to do, what users genuinely need, and where those two things don't line up yet. That's usually where the real design work begins.

Complex problems suit me well, particularly when they involve different user types, competing priorities, or constraints that make the obvious solution impossible. I've worked across healthcare, logistics, beauty, and automotive. The domains change; the core challenge doesn't — take something complicated and make it feel straightforward for the person on the other end.

I work well with teams. I've led projects, contributed to them, and know the difference between the two. What I find most satisfying is taking something messy and early and getting it to a place where it's clear, tested, and ready to build.
